FROM THE VAULT: A GIN WORKSHOP
To mark our tenth year of gin distilling, we’re cracking open the gin vault and throwing some special edition Gin Workshops where you’ll get to taste five of our most iconic gins from the last decade. Hosted by Cam and featuring gins such as Cousin Vera’s Gin, Dry Island Gin and a taste of an early day batch of Bloody Shiraz Gin, this is a once-in-a-Four Pillars-lifetime experience you’ll never get to try again. Plus you’ll also take home a goodie bag filled with extra special gin things. Spots are super limited, so get in while you can!

MARMALADE MAKING: WATCH & TASTE
If you’ve ever wondered how we turn the steamed oranges leftover from our Rare Dry Gin distillations into our delicious Orange Marmalade, why don’t you come and see for yourself? Each morning, from Monday to Thursday, you can wander up to the Tuck Shop window and be the official taste tester of the next batch our team are whipping up. A delicious, informative and completely FREE experience that’ll leave you craving a hot scone with marmalade and cream.

Want to get behind-the-scenes and see the gin-making magic in action? Then our Distillery Tour has your name on it.
From Monday to Thursday, join us for a guided tour of our Healesville Distillery where one of our team will take you behind the portholes to show you our gin stills, our botanicals and our solera of barrels doing the important job of ageing gins. Then it's down to our bottling line, our bar and everything in between.
When the tour is over, it's time for a G&T paddle (RRP $15) in Beth's Bar or Jude's Gin Garden. And on your way out you can grab your favourite 700mL bottle of gin from our Gin Shop for $10 off.

Fancy a gin and tonic with a side of gin tasting? Join us for a G&T(&T) in our mezzanine bar overlooking the gin stills. It kicks off with a signature Four Pillars G&T, followed by a tasting of five of our favourite gins. Hear all about our gin making process and the history of Four Pillars Gin, and before you head out, you can take a cheeky $25 off any full bottle of gin from our Gin Shop! And for our friends taking a break from the drink, you can still join in on the tasting action with our non-alcoholic option where you’ll be introduced to our booze-free alternative Bandwagon range. Gin and not-gin fun to be had by all!

Led by one of our distillers, this immersive experience will see you take part in a distillation on our micro-still Coral. Plus you’ll get a comprehensive tasting of our five signature gins, and some snacks to keep your strength up! We’ll post you the bottle of gin you distilled, plus you’ll take home a 200mL bottle of Rare Dry Gin, a jar of our famous orange marmalade and a 500mL bottle of Fever-Tree Tonic Water.
