This year our favourite floating bar has drifted far off into the Baleric islands. So, for our fourth Four Pillars x Arbory Afloat collaboration we decided to create a dreamy, bohemian and most importantly, pink(!) gin to match. Drop into Arbory Afloat this summer and order yourself a Pink Gin Spritz with a side of ripper views. You won’t be disappointed.
Four Pillars x QT Melbourne: HOT GIN SUMMER
Our good friends at QT Melbourne have let us up to the rooftop for a summer-long activation that will see you sipping on gin tins and slurping up ginny sorbets (yum). The fridges are stocked up with Rare Dry, Bloody Shiraz and Fresh Yuzu tinnies and the sorbet cart is filled with delicious flavours like bloody peach, spiced negroni, yuzu ginger and fresh vanilla. Come for the gin drinks and sorbet, stay for the DJ sets.

NGV FRIDAYS ARE BACK
Back for another year of good tunes, stunning art and quality gin drinks (obviously), NGV Friday Nights has given itself a ‘90s London makeover in honour of its latest exhibition: Alexander McQueen: Mind, Mythos, Muse. You’ll find us at the shiny Four Pillars bar in the Great Hall serving up good times and G&Ts so you can top up before a boogie, courtesy of the DJs and live bands performing each week.

ALL ABOARD THE CELEBRITY ECLIPSE
We’re coming aboard the Celebrity Eclipse cruise ship for Celebrity Cruise’s upcoming five-day Tasmanian Cruise to host a mix of gin tasting and drinking experiences. Because nothing screams holidays more than sailing the Australian coast with a gin drink in hand. Departing Sydney on Friday 10 March, our very own distillery gin queen Lizzie will be on deck to guide you through a range of interactive sessions from a Japanese-inspired degustation paired with Fresh Yuzu Gin drinks, to a special Cocktail Masterclass where you’ll learn the art of the perfect Martini. Heads up Melbourne friends, there are only a few more sleeps until Juniperlooza! From Saturday 11 to Sunday 12 February, you can catch the team serving up G&Ts and tastings at the Boatbuilders Yard in South Wharf. We’ll be pouring our whole range of delicious gins, plus a couple of surprises too. Get your tickets below and then come and say hey to the team as you kick off a day of pure ginny goodness.

PICØLO DRINKS FESTIVAL
Australia’s first-ever low and no alcohol drinks festival is heading to the Timber Yard in Port Melbourne and we’re jumping on the bandwagon! No really, we’re bringing our new non-alc Bandwagon range for you to try in some alcohol-free cocktails alongside some of the best in the booze-free game. Come along to the afternoon or evening session for some delicious B&Ts (Bandwagon and Tonics) and stick around to watch our own Creative Director of Gin Drinks, James team up with our friends from HER bar to partake in the non-alcoholic cocktail competition. It’s shaping up to be a great day of drinks, without the booze!

SUMMER SUNDAY SESSIONS
We’ve teamed up with the guys at Victoria by Farmer’s Daughters for a season filled with bottomless gin cocktails and delicious dishes made by the kitchen team. Think artisan cheeses, fancy fish sandwiches, and sourdough paired with an ice-cold G&T or gin spritz. Book in your tickets for two hours full of fresh gin drinks, live entertainment, and a seven-course sharing-style meal.

If you like the sound of sipping on a G&T while watching a Sydney food legend cook you up a delicious meal, then we suggest you head to one of Sydney Seafood School’s Sundowner Session. Each month the series takes on a new corner of the globe, allowing you to watch and taste your way through a new cuisine, all the while enjoying an ice cold Four Pillars gin tin. FOUR PILLARS X STOMPING GROUND
What do you get when you cross an iconic Melbourne beer brand with Australia’s favourite gin? Some seriously smashable drinks. Which is precisely what our friends at Stomping Ground Brewing Co. are serving at their Moorabbin brewery for the rest of the summer season. Mixing our gins with their smash range, the result is one heck of a drinks menu perfect for sipping on those hot summer days. Slide into a booth in the beer garden and order yourself a Bloody Shiraz & Passionfruit Punch Jug, made with Bloody Shiraz Gin, Stomping Ground Passionfruit Smash, grapefruit, lemon, passionfruit, vanilla, rosemary and soda.

Fresh Yuzu Drinks at Bomba Bar
Our favourite citrus-bursting gin is making a special appearance at Bomba Bar’s rooftop in the form of some delicious gin drink specials. For some spritzy goodness try a Yujito, made with Fresh Yuzu Gin, Marionette Curacao, Manzanilla sherry and yuzu soda, or for something fun and fruity go for The Dali Special, which mixes Marionette Groseille with Amontillado sherry, grape, lemon, and Fresh Yuzu Gin. Delightful.

G&Ts at The Carlton Club
Fancy a G&T…or two? Then get yourself over to the Carlton Club, because we’ll be mixing up nothing but classic G&Ts all summer long. Take your pick from a classic Rare Dry G&T, Fresh Yuzu Highball, Bloody G&T or Olive Leaf G&T and then sit back, sip and enjoy!

Sunset Hours at the Cloakroom Melbourne
Melbourne friends! Join us at The Cloakroom Bar for the launch of our latest summer activation, Sunset Sessions. Watch the sunset from the 46th floor with a Bloody Champers in hand before making the most of the free-flowing cocktails menu from 5pm to 8pm featuring drinks like a classic Olive Leaf Gin Martini. Before the night ends, hit up the caviar station to get your fix of some Bloody Shiraz Gin Caviar. Expect sweeping views, tailored service, and some delicious gin drinks. Now that's a winning combo.

We’re back in the bar at Bondi for Australia’s favourite short film festival! Grab your tickets and head down to the Pavilion where you’ll find us serving up our gins in tins and a few Bandwagon specials if you’re having a night off the drink. It’s summertime, it’s gin (and not gin) drinks, and it’s stellar cinema. What more could you want?

Sydney Summer Rooftop Drinks
Rooftop G&Ts on a hot summer’s day? A match made in gin heaven. And for the next few weeks, you can enjoy both of these things at a couple of our favourite North Sydney bars. If you’re in Manly, stop into the New Brighton Hotel rooftop for a Bloody Spritz, Classic Negroni or Yuzu Raspberry Sour (plus a few other ginny specials). Or if you find yourself in Crows Nest, make your way up to the Crows Nest Hotel’s rooftop bar for a Four Pillars special including the Gin Sunset, made with Modern Australian Gin, fresh raspberries, lemon juice, and grapefruit soda.

NICK & NORA’S PARRAMATTA
Who doesn’t love a good old bar takeover? We’ll be doing exactly that for the next few months, over in Parramatta at our good friends Nick & Nora’s. We’ve decked out the place in full Four Pillars gear, and we’re offering a very special drinks menu with exclusive Four Pillars cocktails to see out the summer. Pull up a seat and get yourself a cold drink stat!
