The drink at the centre of it all mixes our Rare Dry Gin with Payten and Jones' Ooh La La Fortified Vermouth, Apiary Made’s Yarra Valley honey and Gilderoy Springs pristine water. And to garnish? they've made a vapour bubble from rivergum oil and liquid nitrogen mist. Pretty incredible stuff! Available for a limited time only.
