If you’ve always wanted to know how to make a Drop Martini, then we’re going to do one better and show you how to make a Yuzu Drop Martini.
A Drop Martini is usually all about the lemon but in this Four Pillars twist on a classic, we’re doubling down on the citrus and adding an extra layer of zestiness!
For this gin drink we recommend rimming your glass with sugar as a little treat for your tastebuds before the real flavour begins. Enjoy!
- 60mL Fresh Yuzu Gin
- 20mL fresh lemon juice
- 10mL sugar syrup [1:1]
- 10mL triple sec
- Caster sugar
- Rim a chilled cocktail glass with caster sugar
- Stir ingredients over ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass
