Eight Melbourne hotspots to try a Fresh Yuzu Gin cocktail
Spring has well and truly sprung. Which seems as good a reason as any to enjoy a delicious Fresh Yuzu Gin drink…
The days are getting longer, the temperature’s getting warmer and silly season is just around the corner…
So in the name of all things spring, we’ve teamed up with some of our favourite bars and restaurants across Melbourne to launch some epic pop-up Fresh Yuzu Gin cocktail menus and a few exciting food offerings to boot.
Check out the full line-up of spots to enjoy a fresh, citrusy and downright delicious drink from now until early November and start booking in your next outing. Right now.
For starters, we’ve got a special cocktail and gin eats menu running at Japanese restaurant, Robata. Thanks to the brilliant minds of their bar team, you can expect drinks like the Yuzutini, made with elderflower liqueur, yuzushu and lime. And for the food? Think chargrilled kingfish with edamame verde and Fresh Yuzu Gin puree.

Gin cocktails and gin-infused desserts are on the menu at Yugen Tea Bar. Our pick of the bunch is the Yayoi, which blends our Fresh Yuzu Gin with cumquat and Japanese green tea Karigane. And for dessert, we’re all about the yuzu tart special, made with malted milk, vanilla, and a special Fresh Yuzu Gin marmalade.
Head downstairs to Yugen Dining for even more Fresh Yuzu Gin cocktails, with goodies including the Seiki, a mix of Fresh Yuzu Gin, Amaro Montenegro and green chartreuse.

New Gold Mountain
Sit under the neon yellow lights at New Gold Mountain and sip on a Beni Hoppe, made with Fresh Yuzu Gin, Maidenii Dry vermouth, and strawberry and cardamom shrub. Or if you’re taking a break from the drink, opt for the No Thyme to Waste which blends our Bandwagon Dry with Lyre’s Italian Spritz & blackberry and thyme shrub.

For the ultimate yuzu cocktail and dessert combo, you’d better head to Dessertopia where we’re serving up Yuzu Gimlets, made with elderflower liqueur and lime alongside a special Fresh Yuzu Gin sorbet.
