Four Pillars x Fabbrica: a gin-spiked pasta collab

Move over pasta alla vodka, it’s time for pasta alla Four Pillars Gin!
Last year, Sydney pasta royalty, Fabbrica took over our Sydney Lab kitchen for a weekend of pasta and Negroni-fuelled fun and this year we’re back with something bigger and better.
Our very own gin-spiked pasta sauce and not one, but TWO pasta parties!
For the sauce, the Fabbrica team have taken our Olive Leaf Gin and spent botanicals like juniper, coriander and cardamom, and combined them with fresh tomatoes, onion and garlic to create a rich, ginny tomato sauce to stir through your favourite pasta.
Grab a jar by itself, bundled up with a bottle of Olive Leaf Gin, or why not add on one of our bottled cocktails for the ultimate fancy-but-easy night in?
If you want to get your hands on one of the fresh pasta packs, otherwise known as Cassarecce Alla Four Pillars Gin – which includes both the gin-spiked sauce as well as fresh pasta – you can stop into our gin homes, Fabbrica’s King Street store in Sydney’s CBD or in select grocers around the country. Keep an eye on the Fabbrica website for an updated list of stockists.
These ones need refrigeration so unfortunately, we can’t send them to you in the post!

DISTILLERY PASTA PARTY
On Thursday 28 September, we’re hosting a one-night-only, pasta and Negroni-loaded affair at our Healesville Distillery, with the team from Fabbrica coming on down to help whip up some of the dishes on the night.
For $85 you’ll be treated to an arrival cocktail made with Olive Leaf Gin, hazelnut, blood orange and tomato fizz and EVOO, plus a three-course meal featuring dishes like ricotta, mozzarella and hot honey-stuffed zucchini flowers, cacio e pepe spaghetti and a delicious gin-spiked hazelnut tiramisu.

SYDNEY LAB PASTA PARTY
At the Lab, we’re back for Pasta Party round two, with two nights of fresh pasta dishes and limited-edition gin cocktails from Friday 22 September to Saturday 23 September.
Sip on an Olive, Milk and Honey Martini while you tuck into a lamb ragu and some casarecce doused in our brand new Four Pillars x Fabbrica pasta sauce. Back it all up with a gin-spiked hazelnut tiramisu with a side of the new Tiramisu 2.0 gin drink made with Barrel Aged Gin, coffee, madeira, macadamia, chocolate and savoiardi milk. Yum.
No tickets required, just book in your spot and order off the a la carte menu once you’re there, or plan (and pay) ahead with the set menu.
