    • 25mL fresh lemon juice
    • 15mL sugar syrup
    • 3 – 4 fresh raspberries
    • Dash of egg white
    • Nutmeg

  • METHOD

    • Shake and fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass
    • Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg
