We made this celebratory spritz as a tribute to the Christmas tree, but the real beauty of a Douglas Fir is that you can drink it all year round! Grab yourself a bottle of Bloody Shiraz Gin and serve it tall, bubbly and utterly delicious.

  • Add gin and orange juice to a wine glass over ice, then top with sparkling wine
  • Garnish with a wheel of orange and a sprig of rosemary
