INGREDIENTS
  • 25mL Modern Australian Gin
  • 50mL orange juice
  • 100mL sparkling wine 
  • Basil
METHOD
  • Add gin and orange juice to a wine glass over lots of ice.
  • Top up with your favourite sparkling wine.
  • Garnish with a basil leaf.
