INGREDIENTS
- 25mL Modern Australian Gin
- 50mL orange juice
- 100mL sparkling wine
- Basil
METHOD
- Add gin and orange juice to a wine glass over lots of ice.
- Top up with your favourite sparkling wine.
- Garnish with a basil leaf.
