Trading Tides G&T Cocktail Recipe

A vibrant G&T with a big wedge of pink grapefruit to bring out the Australian citrus flavours.

INGREDIENTS

• 60mL Trading Tides Gin
• 120mL light tonic water
• Pink Grapefruit

METHOD

• Add gin and ice to a chilled highball glass
• Top with tonic water
• Lightly stir, then garnish with a wedge of pink grapefruit
