Winter at the Four Pillars Distillery
It’s been a while since we sent you an update from the distillery. We’ve been in full Bloody Shiraz Gin (with a touch of Bloody Pinot Noir Gin) mode, and us parents aren’t mad about that. Something has to get you through the school holidays…
So what’s been going on in the frosty but ever beautiful Healesville?
DISTILLERY TOUR & PADDLE
Come behind the portholes and see where all the gin wizardry happens at the distillery! Check out our stills in action, walk amongst our solera of barrels, get up close to the bottling line, and finish with a G&T paddle (normally $15) featuring some of our fave gins. We’ll knock $10 off a 700ml bottle on your way out too.

BOTTLED COCKTAIL BATCHES
The distilling team have been busy blending up a new batch of our bottled cocktails. Feel like a Negroni or Martini but don’t feel like making them? Well look no further than our Double Barrelled Negroni and Double Gin Martini.
HAPPY HOUR
The bar team have been busy serving up gin paddles and Bloody Sours, and Happy Hour on Friday continues through the winter months so if you’re in town between 6pm and 8pm on Friday and feel like a half price drink, you know where to come.

GIN REFILL SERVICE
Our gin refill service is now permanent! So if you have an empty Four Pillars bottle you can bring it in and we’ll rinse and refill it with either Rare Dry Gin or Bloody Shiraz Gin and knock $10 off the price.
HEALESVILLE HOTEL
Outside of the distillery but still in Healesville, we’re counting down the weeks til the new Healesville Hotel opens. We hear good things are coming and we love to see new and exciting things happening around town.
LAST 200 BOTTLES OF SPICE TRADE GIN
Finally, this one goes out to our Spice Trade Gin fans, we are down to our final 200 bottles! Once these bottles are gone, that’s it. Spice Trade Gin is forever farewelled. It is a firm favourite of lots of our team and you’ll find us drinking it in a G&T with a squeeze of lime and sprinkle of salt. Trust us, it’s good.
