Drinking your Go-To Gin
Light, refreshing, peachy perfection.
My New Go-To Gin is bright and refreshing and made with quandong (Australia’s native peach, obviously), ruby grapefruit from Cam’s garden and pink peppercorns to add a smidge of peppery spice. It’s the gin all the other gins warned you about, and it goes down a treat in a G&T or Sour. How coincidental that G&T drinking season is in full swing…

GO-TO G&T
INGREDIENTS
- 45mL My New Go-To Gin
- 90mL tonic or soda
METHOD
- Add gin and mixer to a glass over ice
- Garnish with a slice of peach or lemon

PEACHY KEEN BELLINI
INGREDIENTS
- 45mL My New Go-To Gin
- 15mL peach liqueur
- 10mL lemon juice
- Sparkling wine (or soda water)
METHOD
- Shake gin, lemon juice and peach liqueur over ice, then fine strain into a flute
- Top with soda water or sparkling wine
- Garnish with a peach slice

SOUR HOUR
INGREDIENTS
- 45mL My New Go-To Gin
- 20mL peach liqueur
- 15mL ruby grapefruit juice
- 15mL egg whites or aquafaba
- 3 dashes bitters
METHOD
- Shake all ingredients together with ice
- Strain into a rocks glass over ice
- Grapefruit with a twist garnish
