Drinking your Go-To Gin


Light, refreshing, peachy perfection.

My New Go-To Gin is bright and refreshing and made with quandong (Australia’s native peach, obviously), ruby grapefruit from Cam’s garden and pink peppercorns to add a smidge of peppery spice. It’s the gin all the other gins warned you about, and it goes down a treat in a G&T or Sour. How coincidental that G&T drinking season is in full swing…

GO-TO G&T

INGREDIENTS
METHOD
  • Add gin and mixer to a glass over ice
  • Garnish with a slice of peach or lemon

PEACHY KEEN BELLINI

INGREDIENTS
  • 45mL My New Go-To Gin
  • 15mL peach liqueur
  • 10mL lemon juice
  • Sparkling wine (or soda water)
METHOD
  • Shake gin, lemon juice and peach liqueur over ice, then fine strain into a flute
  • Top with soda water or sparkling wine
  • Garnish with a peach slice

SOUR HOUR

INGREDIENTS
  • 45mL My New Go-To Gin
  • 20mL peach liqueur
  • 15mL ruby grapefruit juice
  • 15mL egg whites or aquafaba
  • 3 dashes bitters
METHOD
  • Shake all ingredients together with ice
  • Strain into a rocks glass over ice
  • Grapefruit with a twist garnish
