What’s happening during Negroni Week?

A delicious round-up of all the spots you can sip on a Four Pillars Negroni for this (very) special occasion.

Our love for a Negroni knows no limits. So a whole week celebrating this holy grail of gin drinks is bliss.

This year, Negroni Week runs from 18 September to 24 September. But why stop at one week? We’ve gone and turned Negroni week into a whole MONTH of celebrations. Because…who’s gonna stop us?

From a limited-edition Negroni menu in our gin homes to Negroni-inspired cocktail specials at some of Sydney Melbourne and Brisbane’s hottest bars, to a delicious Negroni-themed gin dinner in Surry Hills and a big old Negroni-themed party in collaboration with our friends at Campari. There’s seriously no shortage of Negronis to be had.

Let’s get into it!

Across both our Sydney Laboratory and Healesville Distillery, we’ll be offering a pop-up Negroni menu from Monday 18 September to Sunday 24 September with four of our favourite Negroni serves. And yes, that includes a classic Negroni made with our Spiced Negroni Gin, aka the first-ever gin made JUST to go in a Negroni.

We’re teaming up with the legends at Campari – because who better to celebrate Negronis with? – and taking over Dom’s Social Club in Melbourne’s CBD for a whole month of Negroni-filled fun and drink specials like the Breakfast Negroni, made with Rare Dry Gin, Orange Marmalade, Campari and lemon. For something a little extra, you can try the Yuzu Chamomile Negroni which blends Fresh Yuzu Gin with Campari, Cocchi Americano and chamomile liqueur.

To top off the celebrations, we’re also throwing a massive Negroni-themed party on Sunday 24 September, complete with…you guessed it, Negronis! There’ll be $15 classic Negronis made with Spiced Negroni Gin and Campari on offer all night, and a live saxophonist bringing the vibes from 7pm. It’s going to be a hoot!
