Where to sip a Four Pillars Martini this World Martini Day

Mark your diaries! World Martini Day is this Saturday 17 June 2023.

A whole day dedicated to celebrating Martinis, how’s that not brilliant?

For all our Martini-loving friends, we’ve pulled together some of our top spots for enjoying a glass of the good stuff this World Martini Day, Saturday 17 June.

Can’t make it out to one of these venues? Sounds like a perfect reason to top up your Olive Leaf Gin for some Martini mixing at home. Or better still grab a bottle of Double Gin Martini, chill and pour, and you’re good to go. Martinis for all, we say!

We’ve been busy working on a new limited-edition gin in collaboration with our good friends at QT Hotels, and the result is Gilded Chaos Gin, an aromatic and bold gin that makes a perfectly delicious Martini. From 14 June, you can head to your closest QT Hotel and order the Gilded Chaos Luxe Martini, a freezer-door Martini that you can garnish to your liking. From lemon peel to extra virgin olive oil to pastis, an anise-flavoured spirit and apéritif that you can spritz over your perfect serve for more aromatics (plus it looks awesome).

Where: QT Hotels across Australia & New Zealand
When: From Wednesday 14 June

So to celebrate, we’ve teamed up with the legends at Black Star Pastry, who are hosting a unique Japanese dining experience at their St Kilda store this Saturday 17 June & Sunday 18 June. Enjoy a collection of reinvented Japanese street food icons and their iconic ARI-GATEAUX sushi cake along with two Four Pillars cocktails including the Fallen Angel, a Rare Dry Gin Martini mixed with sake, Luxardo and salted cherry blossom.
