Bloody Shiraz Gin Grape & Quince Paste
Our Made From Gin mad scientist Matt Wilkinson has got up to his old tricks with this one, creating a bloody (delicious) Shiraz gin treat.
After steeping the Shiraz grapes and then pressing them to make Bloody Shiraz Gin, we’re left with hundreds of kilograms of gin-soaked grape skins. So, Matt worked with our mate Caro from A Bit of Jam & Pickle to combine these skins with fresh grapes, quince, spices, and Bloody Shiraz Gin. Try it on a deluxe cheese board using your favourite fromage, crackers and pickles, with a cheeky Bloody Shiraz Gin over ice with a slice to wash it down.
