<p>Making our signature Bloody Shiraz Gin leaves us with a (literal) ton of gin-soaked shiraz grape skins. So, we combined these skins with fresh grapes, quince, sugar, spices and Bloody Shiraz Gin to make the perfect paste to enjoy with cheese. The texture is firm with a deep ruby colour and the flavour is both tart and sweet, almost like sherbet.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

Our Made From Gin mad scientist Matt Wilkinson has got up to his old tricks with this one, creating a bloody (delicious) Shiraz gin treat.

After steeping the Shiraz grapes and then pressing them to make Bloody Shiraz Gin, we’re left with hundreds of kilograms of gin-soaked grape skins. So, Matt worked with our mate Caro from A Bit of Jam & Pickle to combine these skins with fresh grapes, quince, spices, and Bloody Shiraz Gin.
