A take on a tequila classic, the El Diablo, this cocktail is a sweet ‘n’ spicy Highball with a ginger kick.

- 45mL Afloat Pink Gin
- 10mL lime juice
- 90mL ginger beer
- 10mL cassis (blackcurrant liqueur)
- Lime

- Combine all ingredients in a Highball glass and top with ice
- Garnish with a fresh lime wedge
