Gins
Yes! With the exception of our Australian Christmas Gin, every other gin in our range is vegan. This is made with Christmas puddings that use suet, which a common ingredient in traditional pudding recipes.
Yes! Our Rare Dry Gin is certified gluten free. While the rest of our range is not certified so, they are in fact gluten free. While we haven’t had our Christmas Gin certified gluten free, we do believe the gluten in the pudding doesn’t translate through the distillation process and have many gluten free friends merrily enjoy without any problems.
Our Modern Australian Gin and Olive Leaf Gin both include macadamia nuts in the distillation process. Both gins have been tested and no nuts are detected in the final product, but we recommend checking with your doctor first! There are also nuts in the Christmas puddings which are part of the distillation. We don’t believe this translates through the distillation process but haven’t had this tested to confirm.
Our gins can stay open indefinitely!

Our Bloody Shiraz Gin is made using zero synthetic colours or flavourings, so it will develop over time but it never goes bad. If you enjoy it fresh, bright and fruity, enjoy it within 3- 6 months of opening and store it in the fridge. If you want to see how it changes, let it age in the sealed bottle. You’ll notice the bright purple colour fade, a little sediment drop to the bottom of the bottle, and the flavours will develop a more ‘porty’, fortified wine character.

We did have a liquid sanitiser available on our website in March and April 2020, however our 'Head, Tails & Clean Hands' sanitiser is now only available from our Distillery Door in Healesville and our Laboratory in Sydney's Surry Hills. Call us on 1800 FPG GIN for more information.
Payment
Choose the products you would like to purchase from our online store, proceed to your online cart and select checkout to process your payment. Once this payment is processed you will receive an order confirmation via email.
We accept VISA, Mastercard and AMEX.
Yes we do! Please go to the 'Gifting Gin' section of our website to purchase. Once payment is confirmed, a digital voucher will be sent to the recipient by email. They will then be able to use the voucher code to buy any of our products online, in-store at our Yarra Valley and Sydney locations, or call us to redeem for any ticketed events with availability. Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from purchase, and are not refundable.
Yes, you can. Please send us an email or call us on 1800 FPG GIN to arrange redemption of a voucher for a ticketed event or masterclass.
Orders

We aim to dispatch orders within a few days of payment. Typically orders with Express shipping will dispatch within 1-3 days, and orders with Standard shipping will dispatch in no more than 5 days.

During new releases, orders can take more than 5 business days to process and dispatch due to a high volume of orders combined with the limitations of working in a COVID-Safe environment. Thank you, as always, for your support and your patience.

Once we have dispatched your parcel you will be emailed a tracking number that you can use to access Australia Post's tracking system. There you can see where your order is now, and when it is due to arrive.

Australia Post is currently experiencing delivery delays, please see auspost.com.au for updates on delivery to your region.

If your order has not arrived by Australia Post's predicted delivery date or if there have been no tracking movements, email us at orders@fourpillarsgin.com.au.

If you have any issues logging in on our Checkout page, please head to the 'Account' link in the top right of the online store and log in on the 'Sign in' page there. If you had an account on our 'old site' your details have been transferred across but due to privacy laws we could not copy over passwords. So you will need to reset your password the first time you log on to the new website.
You can cancel your order via email at orders@fourpillarsgin.com.au if it has not yet been despatched. Unfortunately, we cannot amend/change an existing order. If you forgot to add an item to your cart you’ll have to create a new order, but please contact us first.
Should you make an error when ordering online, Four Pillars will refund your item up to 30 days from the date of purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. Please email us at orders@fourpillarsgin.com.au.

You are responsible for the additional postage charges.

When your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then we will process your refund back on the card you paid with. Refund may take up to 2 business days.

If you order a product on pre-order this means we’re putting the finishing touches on the gin in the distillery. In that case, we’ll hold your entire order aside until the pre-order product is ready to despatch.

Unfortunately we can’t deliver anywhere outside of Australia. Make sure you are viewing the website as an international visitor, then please see our stockist page for information on stores and online retailers local to you.

Visiting our Distillery

Face masks: In accordance with Victorian Government regulations, the wearing of fitted face masks is compulsory, except when consuming food or drink. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any customers who are not acting in accordance with these regulations.

Contact tracing: On arrival, you will be asked to provide your contact details via QR Code, as part of Victorian Contact Tracing regulations.

Social distancing: Four Pillars are adopting strict social distancing measures. This means that we have limited space available, as well as specific seating arrangements. For this reason, we ask for your understanding and cooperation around where you are asked to be seated on the day.

Cleaning and sanitisation: The venue is thoroughly cleaned between each booked session. We also have access to a pretty great gin-botanical sanitiser, so you can use that throughout your visit.

Yes - we're back! Find out more about how to book your 55 minute gin tastings in our mezzanine, or table for drinks in the distillery door (45 minutes, max group size of 8). There are of course restrictions, as above, and we are working hard to keep everyone safe, so bear with us as we move into the next phase of 'COVID-normal'. Please also note that we are reserving some tables for walk-ins so do come and say hi even if you don't have a booking!

No, we do not do tours. Our production space, including our beautiful stills (and beautiful distillers), is visible via the viewing windows.
We have light bar snacks available: spiced nuts, gin cheese and olives. In 'normal times' we have food trucks visiting our distillery on alternating weekends.
Yes! We have a small gin garden with a few tables and doggo water bowls where you can hang out with your furry friend. We’ll just warn you now though, basically all of our staff are dog crazy...
Our Healesville distillery is kid friendly. As our bar is prone to being exceptionally busy, and bar staff are frequently carrying hot and cold drinks to tables, we do ask that kids remain with their guardians at all times.
Yes, our Healesville distillery has an undercover outdoor gin garden with outdoor heaters and misters.
No, we do not have high chairs.
Yes, there is wheelchair access to all publicly accessible areas of the distillery.
Visiting our Laboratory
Our Gin Shop is open 10am-6pm daily. Eileen's Bar is open from Wednesday to Friday from 5pm-midnight, and Saturday to Sunday from 3pm-midnight. See here for more details on visiting us at our new Sydney home.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions we currently have a booking system in place for both Eileen’s Bar and all masterclasses in the Gin Lab. We accept walk-ins at Eileen's Bar if we have capacity, and on Sundays we don't take bookings (just walk-ins) so get there early to grab a table.

At the moment we’re able to take bookings of two or four people in Eileen’s Bar. Masterclass sessions can fit a maximum of 10.

Indeed we do! Our friend Matt Wilkinson has put together some delicious Gin Snacks, perfect for grazing.
Yes, there is wheelchair access to all publicly accessible areas of the Laboratory. The Gin Shop is accessible from street level on Crown St, while Eileen’s Bar and the Gin Lab can be accessed via lift on Fitzroy St.
Unfortunately our Four Pillars Laboratory licence doesn’t allow children in any area of the premises with drinks service.
No, so unfortunately that means no furry friends either.
