Gins
Yes! With the exception of our Australian Christmas Gin, every other gin in our range is vegan.
Yes! Our Rare Dry Gin is certified gluten free. While the rest of our range is not certified so, they are in fact gluten free.
Our gins can stay open indefinitely!

Our Bloody Shiraz Gin is made using zero synthetic colours or flavourings, so it will develop over time but it never goes bad. If you enjoy it fresh, bright and fruity, enjoy it within 3- 6 months of opening and store it in the fridge. If you want to see how it changes, let it age in the sealed bottle. You’ll notice the bright purple colour fade, a little sediment drop to the bottom of the bottle, and the flavours will develop a more ‘porty’, fortified wine character.

We did have a liquid sanitiser available on our website in March and April 2020, however our 'Head, Tails & Clean Hands' sanitiser is now only available from our Distillery Door in Healesville.
Payment
Choose the products you would like to purchase from our online store, proceed to your online cart and select checkout to process your payment. Once this payment is processed you will receive an order confirmation via email.
We accept VISA, Mastercard and AMEX.

Yes, you can. Please send us an email or call us on 1800 FPG GIN to arrange redemption of a voucher for an event of masterclass.
Orders
You may have noticed that you are on our shiny new website, with FAQs and everything! If you had an account on our 'old site' your details have been transferred across but due to privacy laws we could not copy over passwords. So you will need to reset your password the first time you log on to the new website.
You can cancel your order via email at orders@fourpillarsgin.com.au if it has not yet been despatched. Unfortunately, we cannot amend/change an existing order. If you forgot to add an item to your cart you’ll have to create a new order, but please contact us first.
Please put your parcels tracking number provided to you in your parcel sent confirmation email into Australia Posts tracking system auspost.com.au.

If your order has not arrived within Australia Posts predicted shipping days or if there has been no tracking movements, email us at orders@fourpillarsgin.com.au.

Should you make an error when ordering online, Four Pillars will refund your item up to 30 days from the date of purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. Please email us at orders@fourpillarsgin.com.au.

You are responsible for the additional postage charges.

When your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then we will process your refund back on the card you paid with. Refund may take up to 2 business days.

Shipping
Unfortunately we can’t deliver anywhere outside of Australia. Make sure you are viewing the website as an international visitor, then please see our stockist page for information on stores and online retailers local to you.

Orders placed prior to 10:00 AM are processed same business day. All orders placed after 10:00 AM are processed the following business day. During releases of new products, orders may take up to 5 business days to process.

Delivery to all major metropolitan areas (VIC, NSW, SA) is usually made within 5 business days. Deliveries to regional and rural areas, and other states can take up to 10 business days.

Delivery timelines are a guideline from Australia Post, and may change for reasons beyond our control.

Visiting our Laboratory
Our Gin Shop is open 10am-6pm daily from 1 June. Our Gin Lab is open from 15 June for walk-in tastings and drinks 10am-6pm daily, except when we are hosting a masterclass. And Eileen's Bar is open from 17 June, Wednesday to Saturday from 5pm-midnight. See here for more details on visiting us at our new Sydney home.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions we currently have a booking system in place for both Eileen’s Bar and all masterclasses in the Gin Lab. We hope to be able to accept walk-ins in the very near future.

At the moment we’re able to take bookings of two or four people in Eileen’s Bar. Masterclass sessions can fit a maximum of 10.

Indeed we do! Our friend Matt Wilkinson has put together some delicious Gin Snacks, perfect for grazing.
Yes, there is wheelchair access to all publicly accessible areas of the Laboratory. The Gin Shop is accessible from street level on Crown St, while Eileen’s Bar and the Gin Lab can be accessed via lift on Fitzroy St.
Unfortunately our Four Pillars Laboratory licence doesn’t allow children in any area of the premises with drinks service.
No, so unfortunately that means no furry friends either.

No, we do not do tours. Our production space, including our beautiful stills (and beautiful distillers), is visible via the viewing windows.
We have light bar snacks available: spiced nuts, gin cheese and olives. In 'normal times' we have food trucks visiting our distillery on alternating weekends.
Yes! We have a small gin garden with a few tables and doggo water bowls where you can hang out with your furry friend. We’ll just warn you now though, basically all of our staff are dog crazy...
Our Healesville distillery is kid friendly. As our bar is prone to being exceptionally busy, and bar staff are frequently carrying hot and cold drinks to tables, we do ask that kids remain with their guardians at all times.
Yes, our Healesville distillery has an undercover outdoor gin garden with outdoor heaters and misters.
No, we do not have high chairs.
