Negroni Week is coming up! And as part of our celebrations, we're teaming up with our friends at NOUR on a Negroni-inspired dinner, hosted by our Brand Ambassador, Sam Hulston. You'll enjoy a four-course meal with dishes infused with gin botanicals and paired with four different Negronis created by our Creative Director of Gin Drinks, Nick Tesar. SHAFFA, SURRY HILLS | MONDAY 1 TO TUESDAY 30 september

Why stop at a week, when you can celebrate Negronis all month long? That's exactly what we're doing at Shaffa this September, with two Negroni specials on the menu. Try the Chocroni, made with Rare Dry Gin, Campari, red vermouth, white chocolate liqueur, and garnished with tuile. Or order the Coconut Boulevard, made with Rare Dry Gin, Campari, red vermouth, coconut milk and toasted coconut for a delicious twist on the classic.

CANESS, PADDINGTON | MONDAY 1 TO TUESDAY 30 september

More month-long Negroni specials are up for grabs up the road at Middle-Eastern inspired bar and restaurant, Caness. Try the Negrak, made with spice-infused Rare Dry Gin, Campari, red vermouth, arak and bitters, and pair it with a choc cheesecake bite. It's a twist on the cult-classic Dubai Chocolate and features our Rare Dry Gin Salt sprinkled on top.

Smooth jazz beats. Ice-cold Martinis. That's what you can expect to find at The Apollo on the last Sunday of each month, with the return of their Gin & Jazz series! Dine a la carte, or opt for the special menu which kicks off with a delicious Pink Martini made with Rare Dry Gin, salted strawberry, bay leaf and Oscar.697 Extra Dry Vermouth. Our lovely Healesville neighbours, Balgownie Estate are hosting a one-off gin dining experience with drinks from yours truly and a shared four-course dining menu curated by Head Chef, Ben Murphy. The evening starts with canapes and Olive Leaf Gin Martinis on the deck before you settle in for a meal where each dish is carefully paired to match a different gin from our signature range. We've teamed up with our friends at Melbourne's Caretaker's Cottage to create a special house gin for their iconic House Martini. It's the one drink that never leaves the menu and the signature serve that saw them become a World's 50 Best bar in just over two years!
