Fresh Yuzu Gin Highball Cocktail Recipe

If you’re looking for a signature serve for this gin, we can’t go past the Yuzu Highball. This Japanese-inspired Highball made with soda water is a simple yet flavour-packed drink.
For this highball recipe we recommend you use plenty of ice and plenty of soda. As for garnish, feel free to use whatever citrus you can get your hands on (fresh yuzu would be best if you’re lucky enough to find some!).
- 45mL Fresh Yuzu Gin
- 100mL soda water
- Mix gin and soda water in a highball glass over ice
- Garnish with a lemon wedge
