With equal parts soda water, gin and grapefruit juice, plus a top up with your favourite sparkling wine, this gin drink is pretty much guaranteed to keep all your guests happy.

  • INGREDIENTS

    • 30mL Bloody Shiraz Gin
    • 30mL ruby red grapefruit juice
    • 30mL soda water
    • 90mL sparkling wine
    • Grapefruit
  • METHOD

    • Add the ingredients to a wine glass over ice
    • Top with sparkling wine
    • Garnish with a slice of grapefruit
