Diablo Rosa Cocktail Recipe

A take on a tequila classic, the El Diablo, this cocktail is a sweet ‘n’ spicy Highball with a ginger kick.   

  • INGREDIENTS

    • 45mL Afloat Pink Gin 
    • 10mL lime juice 
    • 90mL ginger beer 
    • 10mL cassis (blackcurrant liqueur) 
    • Lime 
  • METHOD

    • Combine all ingredients in a Highball glass and top with ice 
    • Garnish with a fresh lime wedge
