WORLD GIN DAY (WEEKEND) 2023
World Gin Day in 2014 was the very first time we opened the doors to our makeshift distillery at the back of Rob Dolan’s Winery at Warrandyte. And World Gin Day in 2015 was the day we released the first vintage of an unlabelled Bloody Shiraz Gin. So we’ve got a reputation to maintain when it comes to throwing a good World Gin Day party.
And maintain that reputation we did! In 2023, we turned World Gin Day into a whole weekend (10 June and 11 June), and everyone who visited us at our Healesville Distillery or Sydney Laboratory enjoyed complimentary tastings at the gin bench, DJ sets, special edition gin classes, epic new gin drinks and more.

BLOODY BIG COCKTAIL WORKSHOPS
We hosted a select number of bloody-themed Cocktail Workshops at the distillery. It started with a Bloody G&T and followed with a hands-on demonstration on how to mix up two of our favourite Bloody Shiraz Gin cocktails.
Guests were also treated to a taste of our super limited Bloody Pinot Noir Gin.

NOT ANOTHER BLOODY GIN WORKSHOP
Meanwhile in Sydney, we put a bloody spin on our classic Gin Workshop. You know what we called it? Not Another Bloody Gin Workshop. Seemed fitting.
Our bar team served up a delicious bloody drink on arrival (kinda like the one Olga’s got here). And then they took guests through through a tasting of our gin, complete with a few stories from the Four Pillars archives and a surprise to boot.
