On one side is a place to talk, buy and make gin, and on the other is Eileen’s Bar, a world-class cocktail bar that explores all the flavour possibilities of Four Pillars gin drinks.

Gin Workshop
Our gin workshop is about learning a little and laughing a lot. You will be regaled with stories behind the brand, the history of gin and goodness knows what else. Prepare for a delicious gin drink on arrival, a flight of gins to taste and some Made From Gin snacks. On the way out, you'll get $25 off the price of a full-sized bottle of your your favourite gin from the Gin Shop. Trust us, it’s a pretty good day out.
COCKTAIL WORKSHOP
Looking for a hands-on cocktail-making class in Sydney? Join us in a session intended to seriously raise your home bartending skills. Our cocktail workshop begins with a refreshing Four Pillars Gin drink and some Made From Gin snacks, then get hands-on shaking and stirring up your own cocktails. Without a doubt, we offer the best cocktail classes Sydney has to offer. Plus, on the way out, you get $25 off a full-sized bottle of gin in the Gin Shop. Laughing.
LAB RATS
Fancy being one of the first to try some killer cocktails from the minds of our brilliant bar team? Come along to a Lab Rats session for a super intimate gin drink and dining experience that'll see you dining on some of our latest mouth-watering experiments in food and drink. Think omakase-style, but with gin cocktails! Lock in a great night out and killer time for your taste buds. Next stop, flavour town.
