Plan ahead to make sure you get the most out of your visit to our Laboratory in Sydney's Surry Hills. For now we have to limit capacity in our Gin Lab and Eileen's Bar, so make sure to book!

In order to secure a table with us, we just require your card details – this will only be charged in the event of either a no-show or a cancellation within 24 hours of your booking. We have three fabulous ticketed workshops you can book to have a deep dive into gin at our Laboratory (see Masterclasses below). We're also offering some bookable experiences for small groups or large parties (9 to 100 people), catering to all interests and engagement levels from simply tasting to learning or making.
