There’s nothing more satisfying than a drink that requires minimal effort but doesn’t compromise on flavour. And to be frank, that’s exactly what this gin spritz is; a low input, max output cocktail. One step further than a mimosa, one step off a full blown gin punch, our Bloody Spritz proves how to get a gin cocktail with grapefruit just right. With equal parts soda water, gin and grapefruit juice, plus a top up with your favourite sparkling wine, this gin drink is pretty much guaranteed to keep all your guests happy.

INGREDIENTS

• 30mL Bloody Shiraz Gin
• 30mL ruby red grapefruit juice
• 30mL soda water
• 90mL sparkling wine
• Grapefruit

METHOD

• Add the ingredients to a wine glass over ice
• Top with sparkling wine
• Garnish with a slice of grapefruit
