    • 25mL Modern Australian Gin
    • 50mL orange juice
    • 100mL sparkling wine 
    • Basil

  • METHOD

    • Add gin and orange juice to a wine glass over lots of ice
    • Top up with your favourite sparkling wine
    • Garnish with a basil leaf
