Summer is all about savouring the simple things – the feeling of the sun on your back and the sand between your toes while spending quality time with epic company. It’s days at the beach, late nights with great mates or just floating on a pool ring and watching the afternoon clouds roll by.

All you need are some perfect drinks you can make on wherever you’re spending your perfect summer days and nights. What you’re looking for (and trust us on this) are simple but impressive drinks packed with delicious flavour and which don’t require too much effort at all.

PERFECT G&T

Take it back to where it all started for us, with Rare Dry Gin in a Perfect G&T. The simplicity of a gin and tonic garnished with orange lets the gin truly shine.

Ingredients
45ml Rare Dry Gin
90ml Good tonic
Orange

Method
Add gin and mixer to a rocks glass over ice.
Garnish with wedge of orange.

GINTONIC

Whisk yourself off to the Mediterranean with our deliciously savoury Olive Leaf Gin in a big round glass of Gintonic. It’s the holiday you never had this year. 

Ingredients
45ml Olive Leaf Gin
120ml Good tonic water
Lemon
Rosemary

Method
Fill a large wine glass with ice.
Add gin and tonic.
Garnish with lemon slices and a sprig of rosemary.

BLOODY & LEMON

If you like your drink as vibrant as your summer mood, you can’t go past Bloody Shiraz Gin in a Bloody & Lemon. A super-simple refresher balances sweet Bloody Shiraz Gin with tart bitter lemon tonic.

Ingredients
45ml Bloody Shiraz Gin
100ml bitter lemon or lemon tonic
Ruby grapefruit

Method
Add gin and mixer to a rocks glass over ice.
Garnish with wedge of grapefruit.

NEGRONI

If your summer could use some kick, you need Spiced Negroni Gin in a classic Negroni. Fun fact: It’s the only gin in the world created specifically to go in a Negroni. This centenary-old Italian cocktail balances spirit, sweet and bitter… and our gin gives it extra spice!

Ingredients
30ml Spiced Negroni Gin
30ml Campari
30ml Sweet red vermouth
Orange

Method
Layer ingredients over ice in a short glass.
Squeeze in orange.
Mix with a tall spoon.

GINGER MULE

Picture this: Ginger Mules all round at golden hour. Pure bliss. This spicy and refreshing delight is made with Navy Strength Gin, the overproof gin we created so the gin flavour cuts through in cocktails.

Ingredients
30ml Navy Strength Gin
15ml Fresh lime juice
2 Dashes bitters (optional)
Ginger beer (or ale)

Method
Add ingredients to a tall glass.
Top with ginger.
Garnish with lime wedge and mint sprig.
