This violet sour is one of the ultimates in vintage cocktails, maraschino cherry and all.

INGREDIENTS
  • 50mL Rare Dry Gin
  • 10mL Maraschino Liqueur
  • 7.5mL Crème de Violette
  • 25mL lemon Juice

METHOD

  • Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice
  • Strain into a chilled coupette glass and garnish with a maraschino cherry
