    • 30mL Sticky Carpet Gin
    • 15mL Bianco Vermouth (Regal Rogue/Lillet Blanc/Dolin)
    • 15mlL fresh lemon juice
    • Lemon tonic
    • Orange
    • Sprig of thyme

  • METHOD

    • Build in a rocks over ice
    • Garnish with an orange crescent and a thyme sprig
