Stu has been banging around the world of drinks for more than 20 years and prior to Four Pillars was a wine author, judge and commentator as well as heading up drinks, food and lifestyle consultancy, Liquid Ideas. At Four Pillars he is responsible for talking, presenting, selling, negotiating and shouting drinks.

He still drinks Negronis but now adds soda and calls them Highballs, 'cos he wants to be in touch with the zeitgeist.
