Four spots to enjoy a Four Pillars drink with a Melbourne view

Picture this: you’ve just been served up a killer Four Pillars cocktail right as the sun is about to set on the Melbourne city skyline. The weather is turning it on (for once) and all you can think to yourself is, does it get any better than this?
To bring that daydream to life, we’ve rounded up a few of our favourite spots to sip on a delicious gin drink across Melbourne at the moment. Check them out below and alert the group chat.

STOLEN GEM ROOFTOP
Sitting atop Bourke Street Mall (a cool eight levels up) is a rooftop bar called the Stolen Gem. Here you’ll find a round-up of Four Pillars cocktails that were all made as a little hat tip to Melbourne’s city skyline. Try the Venus Afterglow, made with a combo of Fresh Yuzu Gin, Bloody Shiraz Gin, lavender and lemon, and garnished with a bit of fairy floss to match the pink night sky above.

THE CLOAKROOM MELBOURNE
If you prefer your views from the 46th floor, then make your way to The Cloakroom Bar in Melbourne’s CBD. Settle in for a night of Bloody Champagne followed by a round of Bloody Shiraz Caviar bumps (because why not?). Killer views and bloody good times guaranteed.

SOJOURN
Flowing bloody drinks and grazing plates to match. That’s what you can expect when you book in for a So Good Saturday session at Sojourn. You’ll start with cocktails on the aesthetic blue rooftop, like the Bloody Bubbles (made with Bloody Shiraz Gin and Pet Nat sparkling) and then head down the stairs for a feast filled with stellar local Victorian produce. Trust us, it’s a great day out.

STOKEHOUSE KILDA
Looking for an excuse to get out of the city? Here it is. From now until daylight savings ends, you’ll find us at St Kilda Stokehouse right on the beachfront sipping on a freshly opened gin tin. If you’re having a night off the drink, then grab yourself one of our Bandwagon Highball serves like the Bandwagon Dry with grapefruit and rosemary tonic. See you at the beach!
