The Martini Collective is back for 2026 and each venue has a killer snack pairing. And we've added Brisbane!

It's no secret we love a Martini. In fact, we love them so much we went and made a gin that makes, what we humbly believe to be, the best Martini in the books, Olive Leaf Gin.

To celebrate this iconic gin drink, we launched the Four Pillars Martini Collective, a group of our favourite bars and restaurants serving up Olive Leaf Gin Mini Martinis alongside a matching snack of their choice. Designed to order and enjoy while you peruse the rest of the menu, we dubbed the mini Martini 'the drink to drink, when you're deciding what to drink.'

The Martini Collective is officially back for 2026, and for the first time we’re welcoming Brisbane to the club! From Thursday 21 May to Sunday 22 June, you can head to any of the below venues across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane for a perfectly sized mini Martini paired with a unique and delicious snack.

Think panisse topped with anchovy, cucumber, and aioli (available at Reine & La Rue), or a hand-cut steak tartare tart with confit egg yolk and chives (available at Maison Batard). Further north, find a natural oyster served with horseradish and a finger lime mignonette (available at Ester), or a delicious Moreton Bay bug toast (available at Supernormal Brisbane). 

With World Martini Day falling on Saturday 20 June, you've got the perfect excuse to round up your friends and plot out a mini Martini crawl. Happy sipping and snacking!
